Good afternoon everyone. Welcome back to Hooe Rec once again and thanks for the support you give us week in, week out. It means a lot to us all.

Today we welcome Cuckfield Rangers who in all honesty we don't know a great deal about having not had the chance to face them last season. However if we play like we have in the last two matches then I believe we will have nothing to worry about.

Last week we finally hit top gear and played some of the best football since I have been at the club as we won 8 - 0. I felt a bit sorry for Balcombe in the end as they are not a bad side at all with a great management team but I have been saying for a while that someone was going to get a thumping and unfortunately it was them.

We scored some great goals and played some great football. The boys have set the standard now so we need to take that forward into today's game as we search for another 3 points.

What pleased me most was another clean sheet. The defence have been good all season with us boasting the best defensive record in the league, but clean sheets are important for the whole team as it gives us the foundation to win matches given how many chances we always seem to create in games.
