Sidley United 1 - 2 Rye Town - ESFL Premier Division 

A late strike from Will Witham wasn't enough as Rye Town ended Sidley's unbeaten start to 2023 as they took all three points at Hooe Rec

The Blues went behind in the first half to a penalty after 15 minutes and Rye doubled their lead 10 minutes later.

But Sidley remained in the game and they pulled a goal back from Witham on 86 minutes to set up a grandstand finish but Rye held on to take the points.

The Blues now have a week off and are next back in action on February 18th away to Westfield II.
