Rusthall provide good first work out

The Blues finally had there first pre season run out last night, when Kent Premier side Rusthall were the hosts.
It was a chance for the players to blow off the cobwebs at the start of a busy period of 5 friendlies in 15 days.
The game ended 3-2 to Rusthall with Jason Taylor netting both for the Blues, Chris Gould also missed a penalty. There were many positives to take from the performance.
16 Outfield players were used, plus two keepers. Another positive from the evening was Former Eastbourne United Midfielder Billy Trickett putting pen to paper.
Next up is a trip to Division 3 Pease Pottage on Saturday with a 3pm kick off.
