Sidley edged out by East Preston

Sidley United remain deep in the relegation battle after losing at home 1 - 0 to East Preston.

Joe Shelley's 20th minute strike settled the contest and after Chichester's win at Worthing United, the result leaves Sidley just 1 point above the relegation zone, with a few games in hand.

The next game comes fast as we entertain Lancing on Thursday night where weary players will need to raise themselves as 3 points could make a massive difference to the battle ahead.
